Dry cleaning turnaround time depends on the item and what time of day you drop it off.
Standard dry cleaning items like suit pants and jackets are typically ready the next day. Many of our stores even offer same day dry cleaning, meaning that if you drop it off by 9 AM, they can have it ready for you by 5 PM. Other items, like comforters or coats, may have longer processing times.
You can drop your laundry off to us at any time by using a Tide Cleaners dropbox, kiosk, or locker.
Tide Cleaners drop boxes allow for laundry drop off 24/7. If kiosks or lockers are available in your area, you can drop off and pick up your laundry after hours. Each Tide Cleaners kiosk and locker can be accessed day or night by entering a unique 4-digit code.
