That card saved to your Tide Cleaners account will be charged for all subscriptions and orders.
When will I be charged?
Wash & fold plans are charged when signing up for a new plan. The balance due for all dry-cleaning orders and wash & fold overages is charged to the credit card saved to your account at the end of each month.
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your payment information in the My Laundry app by navigating to Settings (⚙) > Account Settings > Payment Methods.

Payments for dry cleaning and pay-as-you-go wash & fold orders are collected each time a clean order is delivered back to the lockers at your service location. Payments for wash & fold subscriptions are collected when your plan renews at the beginning of each month.
