If my residence is on the Courtesy Route, do I need to request a pickup?

If our attendants pick up your orders from a designated pick up/drop off area or from lockers in your residence, you will need to schedule the pick up of your dirty orders through the My Laundry app.  Placing your order from the My Laundry app alerts our attendants of your new order and ensures that we are able to return your laundry to you according to our standard order turnaround schedule
