How do I use the My Laundry app to update my payment information?

You can add or make changes to your account payment information directly from the Tide Cleaners app.

First, open the app and select the cog (⚙️) at the top left of the screen.

Next, select "Account Settings."

Choose "Payment Methods."

On the payment methods screen, you can select "ADD CARD" to save a new card to your account.

If you have multiple payment methods saved to your account, you can tap a card to update your default payment method or tap delete to remove the card from your account. Please note that one payment method must remain in your account.

When your laundry is delivered back to your service location, your default payment method will automatically be charged for the amount due for the order. 💳
