How can I contact the guest care team for help with my locker or concierge order?

Our dedicated guest care team is available seven days a week to assist with any issues or questions that may arise. From here in our help center, you can live chat with a guest care specialist Monday-Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM CST or submit a ticket to us at any time. If you would prefer to be contacted by phone, you can leave us a voice message at 312-313-8163. We will always be sure to get back to you within 24 hours.

Additionally, our help center can be easily accessed from the Tide Cleaners app by tapping the word "HELP" in the top right corner.
