Is it okay if I leave my order in a locker while I am away during the COVID-19 outbreak?


We understand that many of our customers are experiencing disruptions to their daily routines as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.

We will continue to deliver orders as normal to all active service locations. We aim to have your laundry available for you to pick up as soon as you are able to do so. Once your order has been delivered, it will remain secured in the lockers at your location until you are ready to pick it up.

If, for any reason, your order is removed from the lockers at your location, we will let you know via email. In this case, your order will be held in storage at our facility until you request that the order is redelivered.
