If there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19 in your building or if your building has closed their amenity services, we have temporarily stopped servicing your location. When attempting to place an order from a building where service has been suspended, you will receive an error message in our app informing you that there are no Tide Cleaners lockers currently available for use at your location. You will also receive an email from Tide Cleaners informing you of this temporary suspension.
