How do I place my first locker order?


Thanks for choosing Tide Cleaners! We’re so excited to work with you. Please follow the below steps to place your first locker order:

  1. Download the Tide Cleaners app through the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
  2. Place your items in any disposable bag and label it with the full name, phone number, and service location associated with your Tide Cleaners account.
  3. Place your items in an empty locker. Please ensure that the locker door is locked securely by entering a four-digit code of your choice and then turning the silver knob counterclockwise or pushing the Zephyr button on the handle for at least three seconds.
  4. Open the app and tap the “New Order” box then select "Returned On Hangers" for dry cleaning orders or "Returned Freshly Folded" for wash and fold orders. 


  5.  Tap the “Special Instructions” box to add any extra details about your order that our team may need to know. If you require any special services (repairs, leather, etc) you can select one by pressing “Additional Services” and selecting one from the drop-down. 
  6. Hit “Select Locker” and enter the corresponding number of the box where you placed your order then press “Done.”


You may be unable to complete your first order if your account wash preferences have not been set.
