If you believe an item from your order may be missing, first, check your app to see if you have any active, undelivered orders. If an item from your order requires extra processing time, the app will display a second order with the same order number as the original order.
Next, check between all of the items received. We've found that oftentimes, pieces are sandwiched in-between one another and can be missed at first glance. Be sure to check the front pocket of your Tide Cleaners bag for any loose items such as ties and belts.
In the case that you have confirmed your item has not been delivered back to you and the app does not display an active order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. When contacting our support team, please include a detailed description of the missing item as well as the order number associated with the item.
In the unlikely event that your item has gone missing, please allow us time to review all tracking information for your item and to exhaust all of our recovery procedures. At times, this process can take up to 10 days. If we find that we are unable to return your item to you, we will work to compensate you for the loss of your item.
