If you believe an item from your order may be missing, check the app to see if you have any active, undelivered orders. If an item from your order requires extra processing time, the app will display a second order with the same order number as the original order.
Next, separate all the items you received to ensure that none of your items were delivered but overlooked. Be sure to check the front pocket of your Tide Cleaners bag for any loose items, such as ties and belts.
If you have confirmed an item has not been delivered to you, and the app does not display an active order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. When you reach out to our support team, please include a detailed description of the missing item and the order number associated with the item.
In the unlikely event that your item has gone missing, please allow us time to review all tracking information and exhaust all of our recovery procedures. If we cannot return your item to you, we will do everything we can to make this right.
