How do I cancel an order if I already placed my items into the Tide Cleaners locker?


Your order is still in the locker:

If you decide to cancel your order after placing your items into a Tide Cleaners locker, you can retrieve your order before our drivers are on-site by entering the four-digit code you used to lock the claimed locker. Please reach out to us as well so we can remove the order from your account.

Your order was picked up by drivers:

If our drivers were on-site and retrieved your order before you were able to remove your items from the locker, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can contact our plant and have your order delivered back to you unprocessed.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that your items will be returned the same or next day.
