How do I change my Wash & Fold Subscription?


To change your Wash & Fold subscription, you will need to log in to your account through the Tide Cleaners website (at the moment, this cannot be done through our app). Once you are logged in, you will be directed to the account section page.


Click on laundry plans under the account menu on the right-hand side of the screen. You can also see your current laundry plan at the bottom of the page.


Review and choose the laundry plan that is right for you by clicking upgrade now and confirming the subscription switch by clicking yes, upgrade my plan


Please note your new Wash & Fold subscription will not start until your current plan expires.
