What should I do if I received an item that does not belong to me?

If you received an item that does not belong to you, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and mix-up!

Please place the item back in a locker and lock it securely with any four-digit code. If your orders are dropped off to your building concierge, please drop off the item as you normally would.

Please do not create an order for this item in the Tide Cleaners app. Instead, please submit a support request or give us a call at 312-313-8163 to let us know about the extra item you received and to provide us with the locker number. We will send a driver to retrieve the item and will return it to its rightful owner as quickly as possible.

Please be sure to review your itemized order summary to confirm that you have received all of the items that were submitted with your order.
