If you received items that do not belong to you within your order, please place the items back in a locker and lock securely with any four-digit code or leave them at your front desk (if you do not have lockers at your residence). Do not place a new order - reach out to us with the locker number and any additional details. We will send a driver to retrieve the misplaced items and return them to their rightful owner. Please be sure to review your itemized receipt to confirm you received your correct items.

This issue can occur due to our automated assembly system, which our team is always working hard to improve.
