I received items that are not mine


If you received items that do not belong to you within your order, please place the items back in a locker and lock securely with any four-digit code or leave them with your concierge (if you do not have lockers at your residence). Do not place a new order - reach out to us with the locker number and any additional details. We will send a driver to retrieve the misplaced items and return them to their rightful owner. Please be sure to review your itemized receipt to confirm you received your correct items.
