First off, we would like to apologize for this mix-up. This issue can occur due to our automated assembly system, which our team is always working hard to improve upon.

If you received items that do not belong to you within your order, please place the items back in a box or leave them at your front desk (if you do not have lockers at your residence). Please do not place a new order - simply reach out to us with the box number and any additional details. We will send a driver to retrieve the misplaced items and return them to their rightful owner.
