After placing your order inside a Tide Cleaners locker, follow these steps to secure the locker.
If your location has lockers with the 'Digilock' handle, please follow the steps below:
- Shut the door of the locker and enter any four-digit code into the keypad.
- Turn the silver knob counterclockwise.
- Pull the silver knob towards you to confirm the locker is securely locked.
If your location has lockers with the 'ZEPHYR' handle, please follow the steps below:
- Shut the door of the locker and enter any four-digit code into the keypad.
- Press the middle button that says "ZEPHYR" on the handle.
- Pull the handle towards you to confirm the locker is securely locked.
Please Note
You do not need to provide us with the four-digit code used to lock the locker. Our drivers will use a master key to retrieve your order. We will provide you with a new locker number and access code in the Tide Cleaners app as soon as your clean order is available to be picked up.
