Why did I receive an inspection notice?

Inspection notices are sent via email when one or more of your items will surpass our two-day turnaround due to one of the reasons below.  

Reprocessing

At our plant, we can process your items faster than ever before. Since we don't want to delay the majority of your order, we may hold on to an article of clothing that needs to be re-cleaned or re-pressed.

Delicates
All items with delicate decorations (beading, sequins, etc.), a potential for color bleeding, or hand wash requirements are sent to our specialist supplier to ensure proper care. Please allow up to one week for these items to be returned.
Repairs & Alterations
All repairs and alterations require up to one week to be completed, depending on your request.
Authentic Leather/Suede

Authentic leather and suede items are sent to a specialist supplier to ensure proper care. Please allow up to three weeks for these items to be returned.

Bedding
Please allow a longer turnaround by a couple of days for bedding (sheets, comforters, duvet covers) due to higher temperature cleaning cycles that need to be processed independently from clothing.
Household Items
Household items such as pillows, tablecloths, area rugs, and curtains are sent to a specialist supplier to ensure proper care. Please allow up to three weeks for these items to be returned.
