You can delete your account from the account settings section of the Tide Cleaners Lockers app.

Open the settings menu by tapping the cog ⚙ at the top left corner of your screen

Select Account Settings

Select Delete Account
|

Select Yes, Continue

Type delete in the text input field, then tap the Delete Account button

You will be redirected to the login screen and receive confirmation that your account has been deleted

Returning your bag?
Please place your Tide Cleaners bag in an empty locker or leave it with your building's front desk staff. Let us know where our team can find the bag, and we will make sure it is picked up the next time we visit your service location.
