How do I deactivate my account?


Please place your Tide Cleaners bag in an empty locker and reach out to us with the locker number. Once we receive the locker number, we will send a driver to retrieve the bag, and we'll deactivate your account along with erasing your payment information.

You can also give your bag to the front desk of your residence and notify us if your building does not have lockers or the lockers are full.
