Why are there barcodes on my items that were dry cleaned or laundered and pressed?

Follow

The use of barcodes is an industry-standard that helps us keep track of your belongings through our production system. To ensure that your items never go missing, we must utilize barcodes on all dry cleaned or laundered and pressed pieces each time they are processed.

We try our best to place the barcodes in the most discrete areas of your garments. Most often, barcodes are applied to your items behind the brand or care labels or near the bottom-inside of the placket on button-down shirts.

  Heads Up

If you find that a barcode is placed in a noticeable area on your clothing, please let us know. Our dry cleaning specialists will be happy to professionally remove the barcode and then replace it in a more appropriate area.
