All boxes are full at my residence, can I still place an order?


Does your building have a front desk? If the answer is yes, please leave your order with the doorman/woman in your Tide Cleaners bag, and contact us so that we can send a driver to retrieve your items as soon as possible.

If this is your first time using our services, please follow the below instructions.

  1. Download the Tide Cleaners app through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. Next, place your items in a disposable bag. Please add a paper note with the name and phone number attached to your account.
  3. Drop your items off at the front desk and reach out to us. Be sure to tell us the order type and any special instructions as well.
  4. Take care of more important things - we got you covered from here! Our drivers will be onsite to retrieve your order for cleaning, and your items will be returned to you within two days, depending on your city of residence. You will receive a pickup notification via text message and email, once your order is delivered.

When to expect your order 

If your building does not have a front desk, please reach out to us and we’ll send a driver to pull orders that have been occupying any boxes for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, you will not be able to place an order until there are available boxes.


Please do not leave any orders outside of the Tide Cleaners boxes. We are not liable for damaged or lost items not placed in a box or left at the front desk of your building and will not be responsible for covering any cost.
