We will request that you send the item back to us for our dry cleaning specialists to inspect it to determine if it can be returned to normal. If your item cannot be returned to its original state, with no hesitation, we will move forward with making things right.
We have many systems and processes to ensure that all your clothing is delivered back to you. In the rare occurrence that an item goes missing, please let us know as soon as you can. We know how much you love your garments, so our team will diligently work to track down your belongings before deeming them lost.
