In the event any clothing of yours is damaged, please reach out to us at your earliest convenience. We do request that you send the item back to us for our Dry Cleaning specialist to inspect and determine if it can be returned to normal. If your item cannot be returned to its original state, with no hesitation, we will move forward with making things right.
We have many systems and processes in place to ensure all your clothing is delivered back to you, but in the occurrence, an item of yours goes missing, please reach out to us immediately. We know how much you love your garments, and that’s why our loss and prevention specialist will exhaust all procedures in tracking down your belongings before deeming them lost. In the event we cannot locate your item, we will move forward with making things right.
